How can I complete modules on my iPad?
The iTherapeutics website currently requires users to be able to view flash content in order to complete modules online. This technology allows us to provide good interactive content. Apple products (specifically the iPad) do not allow flash content to be viewed in their standard browser (safari). There are a couple of new browsers (apps) that will allow you to view flash content and we suggest using the Puffin Browser 2 for this. There is a time restricted version of this app available for free. Otherwise you can purchase the full version for a small fee.
I haven't received a confirmation email following my registration to iTherapeutics?
There are various reasons why this may occur. Please ensure the following;
- A valid email address has been provided upon registration
- Your inbox is not full
- The confirmation email is not in your Junk Mail/Spam Folder
I am having trouble logging onto iTherapeutics – what should I do?
Please refer to the member confirmation email that was sent to you upon activation of your account. This email contains the email address and password that you will need to login to your iTherapeutics account with. Select 'Log in' from the homepage or go to the Members Area page and enter your email and password carefully, ensuring the 'Caps Lock' key has not been activated on your keyboard.
Modules do not display after I click Enrol?
In order to view the education modules on iTherapeutics, you will need Flash Player 10+ installed on your computer.

Are Certificates available?
Module certificates are available online for all modules and can be printed upon the successful completion of each module from the Members Area. Occasionally a Supplier may prefer to distribute their certificates personally, and therefore an online version will not be made available. In these instances, please allow 6-8 weeks for the certificate to arrive.
When will I receive my reward (where applicable) for successfully completing a module on iTherapeutics?If the module(s) that you have completed are associated with a rewards program, please allow six to eight weeks for your reward to be sent to your place of work.
Can my rewards be sent to a PO Box or residential address instead of my pharmacy store?
Rewards will only be sent to an address that is recognised as an Australian pharmacy store. This procedure maintains the integrity of the iTherapeutics online education program by ensuring that all users are currently employed within a retail pharmacy store.
I have moved to a new pharmacy store. Can my certificates and rewards be directed to my new store?
If your pharmacy details have changed, please update your details on the Members Area page. Unfortunately, we cannot redirect rewards currently in transit, so please request that your previous pharmacy redirect your rewards to your new pharmacy.
How can I check which modules I have successfully completed?
All of the modules available on the web site are listed along with your training status (e.g. Complete, Not Attempted, In Progress) in the Members Area section of the website. From this page you can start, continue, re-attempt or review your modules at any time.
Why are my quiz responses not being recognised?
In order for the iTherapeutics training software to record your responses, you must select your response and then the submit button located at the bottom right hand corner of each quiz slide.
