I am having trouble logging onto iTherapeutics – what should I do?

Please refer to the member confirmation email that was sent to you upon activation of your account.  This email contains the email address and password that you will need to login to your iTherapeutics account.  Select ‘Log in’ from the homepage or go to the ‘Member Centre’ page and enter your email and password carefully, ensuring that Caps Lock is not activated on your keyboard.

 

When will I receive my certificate/reward for successfully completing a module on iTherapeutics (where applicable)?

For each training module that is successfully completed, you will receive an email from iTherapeutics, confirming that we have recorded this information. If the module/s that you have completed are associated with a rewards program, please allow four to six weeks for your certificate/reward to be sent to your pharmacy store. 

 

Can my certificates/rewards be sent to a PO Box or residential address instead of my pharmacy store?

Certificates/rewards will only be sent to an address that is recognised as an Australian pharmacy store. This procedure ensures the integrity of iTherapeutics online training by ensuring that all users are actively engaged in retail pharmacy.

 

I have moved to a new pharmacy store.  Can my certificates and rewards be directed to my new store?

If your pharmacy details have changed, please update the My Account page.  Unfortunately, we cannot redirect certificates/rewards that are currently in transit.  Please request that your previous pharmacy redirect your certificates/rewards to your new pharmacy.

 

How can I check which modules I have successfully completed?

Simply login to the Members Centre and select the click here link beneath 'Modules you are enrolled in'. All of the modules that you have enrolled in will be listed here and assigned a status i.e. passed, failed, incomplete or not-attempted. From this page you can start, continue, re-attempt or review your modules.

 

Why are my quiz responses not being recognised?

In order for the iTherapeutics training software to record your responses, you must select the submit button located at the bottom right of each quiz slide.
