Social media has been awash with misleading information about COVID-19. This includes concerns that people with blood group A are at a higher risk of infection, the possibility that ibuprofen worsens the outcomes of those with the disease, and hydroxychloroquine has been touted as a miracle cure.
This article debunks a number of circulating myths and seeks to set the record straight when it comes to confusion regarding the coronavirus.
